1. What technical training/support can be expected from the Center?

a. An experienced Center trainer will come to your facility and provide a one-day training for staff working with our assessment tool.
b. We provide ongoing technical support for the Voice DISC via phone, fax, and e-mail. Telephone calls between the Center staff and local administrators help monitor data collection efforts, troubleshoot any problems with software, and ensure the most effective use of the software.
c. The Center reviews data from sites for quality assurance.
d. We aid in data interpretation for individual and group level understanding.
e. We prepare aggregated reports of prevalence of disorders in your setting.
f. We assist in preparation of reports/presentations.
g. We assist in development of guidelines for mental health referral.

2. Are computers provided?

No.

3. What responsibilities/obligations would my site have if we decide to collaborate on research?

a. Complete the Center Site Inquiry Form
b. Provide demographic information about youth in setting
c. Work with Center to define collaboration
d. Attend a half-day on-site training session
e. Send de-identified data monthly to the Center
