Welcome...
The Center for the Promotion of Mental Health in Juvenile Justice is dedicated to providing expert guidance to juvenile justice settings regarding best practices for mental health assessment and referral.

Mission and Goals
The Center and its collaborators work to promote efficient means for comprehensive and reliable mental health assessment. In addition, we assist juvenile justice programs in determining how to implement these procedures and how to map appropriate mental health services onto them. We develop products to move information and knowledge between the fields of juvenile justice and mental health, and we provide recommendations for practice.
